Shipping
All of our items are made to order, so unless otherwise noted as a pre order, all orders ship between 7-10 business days via UPS.

We ask you to review your shipping address to prevent delays or loss.
Equity Is The New Black is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered in our website during checkout.
We also cannot modify sizing or shipping after orders are in queue and processing.
Shipping confirmations will include tracking numbers and are emailed when orders have been shipped.
Equity Is The New Black cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by unforeseen world events or issues within the corporate UPS system. Equity Is The New Black is also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Returns
Equity Is The New Black does not offer refunds; however, we will issue store credit for returned items. All sales are final.
Please be sure to review the sizing before placing an order to ensure it is the exact size, color and item of your liking.
If you receive an item and you do not like the sizing, we are happy to issue you a merchandise credit to use towards a future purchase.
Store credit is valid for 1 year.
The store credit will consist of the value of the item and will not include shipping fees.
We gladly accept returns for store credit within 7 days of receiving your item.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original, unworn, and unused condition.
All returns must be made by the purchaser and the original order number must be provided, along with the reason for the return. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return it to us unless the items are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Pre Orders
Pre Orders occur during a window of time. We will announce them via email and our social networks. If you do not order the item during the stated time frame you will have to wait until the next product restock. Please note: It will take approx. 8 weeks for your pre ordered crewnecks to be made to order and delivered. We will send out an email with tracking information once the item has been packaged and shipped. Please see our shipping policy for further details.
